Clubhouse Rental Information
for NON-MEMBERS

1. Check clubhouse availability.
2. Email the rental manager at HSRCrentals@gmail.com to coordinate rental date.
3. Fill out and submit the rental contract to the rental manager, HSRCrentals@gmail.com
4. Pay for rental.
Spaces Included in Clubhouse Rental
Main floor (includes full kitchen, 2 restrooms, grand main room and smaller side room), second floor loft, and 2 decks.
Pool access and pool use is not allowed for clubhouse rental hosts or attendees.
Clubhouse maximum occupancy is 170 people.

Paying Online?
➢ Below, add rental to cart and pay.
➢ Rental manager will also need a check, which will be your $200 refundable deposit.
Paying by check?
We need two separate checks submitted to the rental manager:
➢ One check for rental fee (rental rate, per day; cleaning fee included).
➢ One check for $200 refundable deposit.
Rental fee is non-refundable 30 days prior to the contracted rental date. Every refund has a processing fee deducted from the returned amount.
