Clubhouse Rental Agreement

➢ RENTAL SPACES INCLUDED IN CLUBHOUSE RENTAL:

Main floor (includes full kitchen, 2 restrooms,  grand main room and smaller side room), second floor loft, & 2 decks.

Pool access and use is not allowed for clubhouse rental hosts or attendees.

Note: Clubhouse maximum occupancy is max. 170 people.

Clubhouse Rental Requirements 

In order to rent the HSRC clubhouse we require the following from the renter:

➢ PAYMENT (two options) :

Pay by Check:

➢ One check for rental fee (rental rate, per day; cleaning fee included). 

➢ One check for $200 refundable deposit. 

Pay Online: 

➢ Payment via Hanarry.org. Payment will be processed through PayPal in which a 4% processing fee will apply. 

➢ One check for a $200 refundable deposit check must be presented separately. 

Rental fee is non-refundable after 30 days before the contracted rental date. Every refund has a processing fee taken out of the returned amount.
