Hanarry Swim & Racquet Club Clubhouse Rental 

Clubhouse Rental Requirements 

In order to rent the HSRC clubhouse, we require from the following from the renter:

1. RENTAL AGREEMENT FORM

2. PAYMENT (two options) :

Pay by Check:

– One check for rental fee (rental rate, per day; cleaning fee included). 

– One check for $200 refundable deposit. 

OR

Pay Online: 

– Payment via Hanarry.org. Payment will be processed through PayPal in which a 4% processing fee will apply. 

– One check for a $200 refundable deposit check must be presented separately. 

Rental fee is non-refundable after 30 days before the contracted rental date. Every refund has a processing fee taken out of the returned amount.

➢ RENTAL SPACES INCLUDED IN CLUBHOUSE RENTAL:

Main floor (includes full kitchen, 2 restrooms,  grand main room and smaller side room), second floor loft, & 2 decks.
